This blog will teach you the secrets of weight loss in a responsible way , so you can improve  your health and get the look you really want while avoiding any health risks . Everyone wants to look great and feel fantastic , but keeping in shape can be difficult in today's busy world . Finding the time to exercise regularly and find the best food takes a back seat to work and family commitments . All that is about to change !

WAYS OF LOSING WEIGHT

1).Sleep 30 Minutes More a Night
That extra half an hour, whether you sleep 5 hours or 8, can refresh you enough that you will make better food choices (in other words, no quick sugar fix for breakfast in search of energy) and won't feel lethargic and skip the gym, says registered dietician Esther Blum, author of Eat, Drink, and Be Gorgeous. More restful sleep (7 to 8 hours is best) also boosts your metabolism.

 2). Drink Mainly Water
A sports or energy drink , fruit smoothie or light beer-each serving contains about 100 calories . Yet these beverages don't satisfy you the way 100 calories of food does , so they're a waste.

3).Snack on a small handful of nuts
Studies have found that overweight people who ate a moderate fat diet containing almonds lost more weight than a control group that didn't eat nuts.

4).Walk five minutes for at least  every two hours
A brisk five-minute walk every two hours will parlay into an extra 20 minute walk by the end of the day . And getting a break will make you less likely to reach for snacks out of antsiness .

5). Eat cereal for breakfast five days a week.
Studies find that people who eat cereal for breakfast every day are significantly less likely to be obese and have diabetes than those who don’t. They also consume more fiber and calcium and less fat than those who eat other breakfast foods.

ADVANTAGES OF LOSING WEIGHT
An enormous number of short and long term health benefits can be achieved with even 5% to 10% weight loss although even greater health benefits can be achieved if enough weight can be lost to return from being overweight or obese to a heal they body mass index range . Such as :

Improved Mobility and Pain - free joints

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common joint disorder causing bone and cartilage ( the tissue that protects the joints ) to wear away . As a result the joints become swollen and tender and movement become very painful . Being overweight increase the load placed on the weight bearing joints leg kness & hips . It is estimated that a force of between three or six times your body weight exerted across the knee while walking so an increase in body weight of 10kg increase the force on the kness equivalent to carrying an extra 30 to 60kg .
Staying Heart Healthy
Two of the major risk factors for heart disease are high blood pressure and high cholesterol . Studies indicate that the accumulation of excess body fat releases certain naturally occuring chemicals into the bloodstream that cause blood pressure and high cholesterol . Studies indicate that the accumulation . Studies indicate that the accumulation of excess body fat release certain naturally occuring chemicals into the bloodstream that cause blood pressure to rise and being overweight causes the liver to produce excessive amount of low density lipoprotein or bad cholesterol .
Lower Risk Of Type 2 Diabetes
If you're overweight , you're at increased risk for type 2 diabetes , which means your body can't make
enough , or properly use , insulin , a hormone that helps convert food to unsable energy . Common Reasons

How and why did it happen?

Well ain't that a million dollar question? So how did anyone come to this point? First of all understanding the types of problems associating with "weight gaining" is a good start. Here are some examples.

There are many reasons why one would gain weight. Some are weird, some are justifiable, and some are just from plain ignorance. Let me just list down some of the general issues pertaining the reasons above.

  • Depressed - According to one study in 2010 published in the American Journal of Public Health  found that people who feel sad and lonely gain weight more quickly than those who report fewer depression-related symptoms. "They may be eating more high-fat, high-calorie comfort foods," says Belinda Needham, assistant professor in the department of sociology at UAB and the lead author of the study. "Or they may have [cut back their] physical activity." Many anti-depressant medication prescribed by even your local psychiatrist could add in to this cause.

  •  Metabolism / Getting older - This is probably the most common phenomenon that is happening of will happen to anyone. And sadly it is unavoidable, though some people have naturally good and sustaining metabolism that last way much longer then the majority.

  • Overeating - The most easiest way to gain weight from and the easiest to avoid. Well, either way some people are born never to gain any weight no matter what they eat! Haha! But that's entirely genetics. But the question still remains, why do people still do it and if it's that easy to stop or avoid, why don't one just do it? It may sometimes be a little bit complicated.

Why Should I?

So a general question almost everyone asks themselves at some point in their lives, why?   Well, there could be a thousand and one reason why one should loose weight, but let's just keep it simple!

  • You will be healthier.
  • You'll in some way or another have better self esteem and confidence.
  • Daily activities will just be better and less stressful,  even breathing!
  • You generally want to look better.
And the list goes on and on..
