So a general question almost everyone asks themselves at some point in their lives,
why? Well, there could be a thousand and one reason why one should loose weight, but let's just keep it simple!
- You will be healthier.
- You'll in some way or another have better self esteem and confidence.
- Daily activities will just be better and less stressful, even breathing!
- You generally want to look better.
And the list goes on and on..
